COVID-19 Update: We are Open* and Shipping Orders
Dear Valued Customers and Friends,
We know that the pandemic is still causing great uncertainty, and we want to reassure you that we are open and that we are doing all that we can to ensure the safety of our employees.
Our facilities offer a safe, clean and healthy environment for our products and staff, and we are providing ongoing training and following the recommendations of the CDC.
We have encouraged telecommuting as appropriate for our staff that is able to work remotely. We already have a number of staff members that are fully able to work remotely.
*We are open during our normal operating hours (except for holidays).
Potential Processing and Shipping Delays:
Our order fulfillment turnaround is operating at near normal speeds. However, we are presently working with a smaller staff, and we will continue to have periods where it may take us a few extra days to fulfill and ship orders.
We are here for you, but please allow us extra time to respond to inquiries and process orders.
We want to assure you of our commitment to you, to our staff and to our local and global community. We are taking great strides to be as efficient as possible, and we will continue to do everything we can to provide outstanding service and communication.
