After the Carrot Root CO2 Total Extract is obtained via supercritical extraction, it is then standardized in Sunflower Oil. To help protect this highly nutritive extract, Rosemary Leaf Extract is added at 0.1%.
The composition includes Provitamin A, alpha-cartone, beta-cartone, gamma-cartone, delta-cartone and epsilon-carotene, lycopine, flavones, essential oil and fatty acids. The total cartoene content is between 0.24-0.28%.
Our Carrot Root CO2 Total Extract offers a pleasant, light, earthy aroma. It is red in color and is fluid at room temperature.
