Combine Organic Whole Oat Flour fine with Whole Milk Powder and Honey Powder to make a luscious milk bath. 100% Organic Whole Oat Flour can also be used as a thickener, binder and protein source in organic skin care products.

NOTE: Our 100% Organic Whole Oat Flour fine replaces Ultrafine Organic Colloidal Oatmeal within our product line. 100% Organic Whole Oat Flour fine is very similar, however, it is not quite as "ultrafine" in particle size.
