Insomnia Foot Massage Recipe


A Self-Massage Oil to Promote Relaxation


1/2 oz. Carrier Oil (like Olive, Sweet Almond, or any other light oil)
4 drops Frankincence Essential Oil
6 drops Clary Sage Essential Oil
3 drops Lavender Essential Oil
2 drops Chamomile Essential Oil
1/2 oz Boston round


Mix the carrier oil and essential oils together in the bottle. Massage into the soles of the feet before retiring for the night. If you wish, you can put on a pair of light cotton socks to wear overnight.
