Reviewed By: Andrea Posted: Wednesday, March 16, 2022 Location: Hudson, OH Comments: I've always had great products FNWL but this monoi is is not worth buying. There is no soft aroma, there is absolutely no aroma. I have used monoi from other companies that are purely natural and a product of Tahiti and have a beautiful scent. I thought I would give FNWL a try but there is nothing I can do with this product. FNWL Response: Hi Andrea, Thank you very much for reaching out to share your concerns. The very light, soft aroma of our Monoi de Tahiti is characteristic of authentic, natural Monoi de Tahiti. Unfortunately, there are companies that sell products that they claim are natural "Monoi de Tahiti" but that actually contain synthetic fragrance. As a result, some customers who are familiar with the artificial products can sometimes be surprised by the much softer aroma of authentic Monoi de Tahiti. Our Monoi de Tahiti carries the Appellation of Origin (AO) certificate that guarantees that the oil is produced under strictly controlled manufacturing methods, and it ensures the highest quality, pure Monoi de Tahiti. We always want to ensure that our customers are pleased with our product quality and service. I am going to ask our product qualification team to re-inspect our present lot of Monoi de Tahiti and ask our customer care department to reach out to you to personally address your concerns. They'll be in touch with you as soon as possible!
Reviewed By: Victoria Posted: Friday, June 18, 2021 Location: Bel Air, MD Comments: I had really high hopes based on the description of the Monoi de Tahiti, that I bought a one pound container of it. Well, I am so disappointed, everything I have read about this states that there is a lovely floral aroma. I realise it is in the coconut oil, but there is absolutely no floral aroma coming from this, nor any other aroma. I will order from other companies and do a comparison. Had I realised it was not going to smell of anything, I would not have bought the one pound container, which I am now stuck with. Also I am not the only one that smelt it. FNWL Response: Hi Victoria, Indeed, the aroma is very delicate and is that of authentic blossoms. The aroma of our Monoi de Tahiti is characteristic of authentic Monoi de Tahiti.
