Add to Personalized Shopping List

Our German Chamomile Essential Oil is steam distilled from Matricaria recutita flowers. Although this species is widely known as German Chamomile, it is not exclusive to Germany.

This beautiful oil is also known as Blue Chamomile Essential Oil due to its very dark, indigo hue.

German Chamomile Essential Oil is soothing, calming and supportive for irritated, dry, itchy, mature, damaged and problem skin types. Both Roman and German Chamomile Essential Oils offer impressive benefits to the skin. However, German Chamomile Essential Oil is often the preferred chamomile species amongst aromatherapists and formulators for soothing the skin and calming sore muscles.

Aromatically, our German Chamomile Essential Oil is a middle note, and it possesses a fruity, green, slightly floral aroma.

German Chamomile Essential Oil typically has an aroma that's less widely appreciated than that of Roman Chamomile. However, our current supply of German Chamomile Essential Oil has a particularly delightful scent in comparison, surpassing the aroma of most other German Chamomile oils.

it blends well with other essential oils, especially those within the wood, herbaceous, citrus and floral families.

As with most all of our essential oils, we have had our German Chamomile Essential Oil independently tested via GC-FID or GC-MS. You will find a link to the analysis below.

“Your company is top notch!”

“I just had to write you and tell you that your company is top notch! I inadvertently used the wrong zip code when I ordered my products. however, you caught the error and delivered it to the correct location. I cannot tell you how grateful I am, because I really needed these products today. This is my first order from FNWL. Your packaging is superb. Nothing is leaking or torn and no product is wasted (which is something that I cannot say about all suppliers). I will be placing another order next week, and just wanted you to know that I appreciate a great business supplier that will take the time to ensure quality to their customers. Thank you!!!!”
