Reviewed By: Jennifer Posted: Wednesday, July 23, 2014 Location: Carpinteria, CA Comments: It's really hard toout of the container, wondering why you wouldn't put it in a container that's easier tothe product out of. FNWL Response: Hi Jennifer, thank you for your honest feedback. Many people first gently warm the bottle before working with it. A challenge with the consistency of the Calendula Total is that it is a bit thick for bottles, but it can sometimes leak when packaged in jars with standard screw-top lids. We are always looking for ways that we can improve. Based on your comments, we are taking a fresh look at the optimal way to package our Calendula Total. Thanks again for your comments, Jennifer.
Reviewed By: Maria Posted: Wednesday, March 27, 2013 Location: Appleton Comments: It was hard as a rock. FNWL Response: Maria, as the product description states, Calendula Total CO2 is solid at room temperature. Gently warm it to work with it. A simple way to warm the Calendula CO2 is to place it in a shallow bowl of warm water until it liquifies.
