Our Organic Ginger Hydrosol features a wonderfully zesty aroma that is bright and uplifting. It is meticulously produced by expert artisanal distillers who distill specifically for the hydrosol. It is not distilled as a byproduct of essential oil production. Distilled using copper alembic stills, our Organic Ginger Hydrosol does not have the unpleasant "still note" that hydrosols can have when they are produced using stainless steel equipment. Distillation using copper stills may also help the hydrosol be more resistant to microbial growth.

Organic Ginger Hydrosol is highly versatile and can be used for a variety of applications on its own or as an ingredient in a wide range of formulations. Organic Ginger Hydrosol is uplifting and rejuvenating. It is well suited for inclusion in body sprays, natural fragrances and other water-based personal care, holistic aromatherapy and home fragrancing products that are intended to invigorate the mind and rejuvenate the body.

We ship our hydrosols in plastic to avoid breakage, but hydrosols should be transferred to glass as soon as possible. Like essential oils, hydrosols should be stored in a cool dry place. The shelf life of hydrosols is up to 2 years when they are stored properly. Our Organic Ginger Hydrosol does not contain any preservatives. Hydrosols can be stored in the refrigerator.

Comments: I received this generous amount as a free sample, and am very excited about coming back to purchase more. I’ve been teaching myself the art of crafting incense, and this is a great base to a sugar-based kyphii. I made a small amount and it spiced up the other botanical ingredients in the mixture and even as a small amount of a hydrosol, it had a big impact in the overall product. I’ve been very pleased with everything from here. I’m really grateful for the free samples to allow me to try things I may have otherwise overlooked.
