Honey Carrot Recipe

13 oz. Fresh Slushy Carrot Juice
4.5 oz. Lye
16 oz. Vegetable Shortening
8 oz. Coconut Oil
4 oz. Cocoa Butter
4 oz. Sunflower Oil
2 Tbsp. Honey
2 Tbsp. Cucumber Fragrance Oil
1/4 tsp. Aloe Vera Fragrance Oil


Mix lye with partially frozen, slushy Carrot Juice. Let it cool to 110 degrees. Melt the oils and butters to the same temperature. Stick blend and stir oils and lye mixture in one minute increments until trace. At trace, add fragrance oils and honey to mixture, and stir until blended. Pour into mold and cure for 6 weeks. Cut and package appropriately.
