Comments: I would love to properly review this item but I was sent the wrong color and after multiple attempts to have it corrected I never heard back from customer service. Bummer.

FNWL Response: Hi Kylee, I'm very sorry to hear that we sent you the wrong color bottle. As our Web site mentions, we've been affected by the snowstorm that brutally hit the Northeast. We have been without phone service for over a week. Our Customer Care Department will contact you as soon as they possibly can.
