FNWL Rewards can be redeemed anytime that your FNWL Rewards Balance is at least $10.00. Once your FNWL Rewards Balance has reached at least $10.00, you will be given the option of redeeming all or a part of your FNWL Rewards Balance towards your next FNWL order during your online checkout. FNWL Rewards can also be earned and redeemed if you place your order by telephone. Your FNWL Customer Care Representative will be happy to assist you. FNWL Rewards can be applied to towards your merchandise subtotal, less any discounts applied to your order. FNWL Rewards cannot be used towards shipping fees, sales tax or any other fees associated with the order. FNWL Reward Expiration: FNWL Rewards expire one year after they have been earned.
When you are logged into your FNWL customer account, your FNWL Rewards Balance is displayed at the top of each page that you visit on FNWL. Click on it to view a detailed history of the FNWL Rewards that you have earned and redeemed. If you are not logged in, you will see a generic "View Rewards Balance" link that will allow you to log into your FNWL customer account or create one.
