To produce our Organic Coconut CO2 Select Extract, a multi-step process is used. First, organic coconuts are cold pressed at low temperature. Then, the cold pressed oil undergoes CO2 supercritical extraction that results in a beautifully aromatic, nutritive extract.
Although our Organic Coconut CO2 Select Extract is best classified as a CO2 Select, it is rich in saturated fatty acids and possesses a thicker consistency similar to CO2 Totals that are abundant in fatty acids.
At cooler room temperatures, our Organic Coconut CO2 Select Extract possesses a semi-solid consistency and is milky white in color. At warmer temperatures, it is a clear liquid. It melts easily with gentle warming.
