Reviewed By: Anne Posted: Wednesday, November 10, 2010 Location: North Chatham, MA Comments: Your site states that this extract can be added in the water phase. When I added it to the hot water it did not desolve. My lotion ended up with brown specks all through. Useless. FNWL Response: Anne, I'm sorry that you had difficulty getting the extract to thoroughly dissolve. Upon reading your review, we realized that our description was not as thorough as it should have been in explaining the steps needed to get the extract to properly dissolve. We have updated our product description, and our Customer Care Department will be contacting you directly to make amends for our oversight.
