Reviewed By: Deborah Posted: Wednesday, April 20, 2011 Location: Oxford, MI Comments: The bottles are fine, but some of the spray nozzles don't work at all. FNWL Response: Deborah, if you believe that you may have received a bad batch, please be sure to contact our Customer Care Department so that we can rectify the situation for you. Please note that thicker formulations aren't ideally suited for the sprayers. Undiluted essential oils can eat through the components. We find that formulations that include essential oils but that don't include an emulsifier can sometimes cause difficulty with the sprayers. (Shaking very well immediately before use, however, works wonderfully for me with my water+alcohol+low concentration EO sprays).
Reviewed By: Cori Posted: Tuesday, February 9, 2010 Location: Bethlehem, PA Comments: The spray pump rarely works. I have to pump it 50 times and even then I'm only hoping that a spray will come out. I've used 10 bottles out of my order with the same result each time. The essential oils I got from here are phenomenal. I just wish I had a good pump to make sprays from them. FNWL Response: Cori, essential oils, especially when used in strong concentration (or when not emulsified well so that pure drops of essential oil can come into contact with the mechanisms) can damage the components of rubber droppers and sprayers. This will happen with -any- sprayers. Please be sure you are emulsifying well and using low essential oil dilutions.
