Lotus Floral Wax is the solid, fragrant, creamy wax derived from lotus petals. Carefully selected flower heads are placed in solvent to first obtain the concrete and absolute. The concrete is then washed with alcohol to extract the absolute from the botanical material leaving behind the natural solid plant waxes. The wax holds many of the benefits of the botanical including the moisturizing phospholipids.
Please note that Lotus Floral Wax is much more delicate in aroma that most of our other floral waxes. Lotus Floral Wax makes a divine, exotic addition to creams, balms and lotions, and it lends thickness. Recommended usage is up to 10%.

Location: East Elmhurst, NY This floral wax has little smell and the smell it has is not appealing at all. In contrast, the floral rose wax is a 10!
