I have arthritis in both of my knees and right shoulder. I wanted to try something natural to help with the pain. When I read about this oil I thought, why not give it a try. The oil does as promised! I could not believe it. I have gotten up in the middle of the night in pain, and I have taken this oil and messaged it on my shoulder. I kid you not when I say the pain was alleviated and I was able to go back to sleep. I am grateful my friend Efaye introduced me to FNWL.
FNWL Response: Antoinette, we are so delighted that you discovered us and that Black Pepper Essential Oil is helping with your painful arthritis. Please use caution when applying essential oils at full strength onto your skin. If you're not already, Antoinette, please try diluting the essential oil at 1-2% in one of our cold pressed vegetable oil before application. With essential oils, less if often more. :)
