Fragrance oils and essential oils do not disperse in water without the use of a solubilizer. Use our alcohol-free Fragrance Base to solubilize your fragrance or essential oils into water. Use 1 part essential oil or fragrance oil to 3 or 4 parts fragrance oil base. Add your solubilized oil to distilled water or other carrier such as teas, witch hazel and floral waters. Be sure to keep the percentage of fragrance oil or essential oil to within safe limits.
The identity of the individual components of this mixture is proprietary, and is considered to be a trade secret. From Nature With Love is not able to supply the ingredient list. It is composed of chemicals commonly found in fragrance oils. When using solubilizer in your formulations, it is covered by the inclusion of "Fragrance" in your ingredient list.
