Comments: I showed my acupuncturist and when she opened it up, she exclaimed "WOW! That's pure herb right there!" I know it says in that it comes thick so I expected that. I thought it would be in a normal essential oil bottle, but it's in a little tiny container with a screw on lid. It doesn't make a difference to me, just thought I would add in case that helps anyone else.

Comments: To be honest, I was kind of disappointed with the consistency of this product. I knew that it would be a little thick, but it was hard as a rock! I wish that it would have indicated this in the description.

FNWL Response: Ingrid, we're very sorry that you're displeased. However, the description does mention that it can require warming to work with and also says: "Please Note: This product is solid at room temperature."

Comments: A wonderful addition to my Winter Hand/Feet Balm. Actually looking forward to weathering the cold dry winter air this season!

Customer Testimonial

"I just want to take this opportunity to let you know how much I value the service and support I get from you and your company. As a VERY small and NEW home business owner, I have had to wade through some very unsatisfying company experiences and play trial and error with who delivers the best service and the best prices for my budget. Yours is a keeper! Thank you very much."
