Comments: While the oil has a beautiful essence, the packaging is horrific. There is no flow restrictor on the bottle and I accidently spilled half of it before I was able to use it. That was $40+ bucks down the drain!
FNWL Response: Karen, we do not claim to sell our essential oils in bottles that come with orifice reducers. Although we are happy to sell directly to end users and consumers and those just getting into aromatherapy and personal care product artistry, we are first and foremost a wholesale supplier. As such, most of our customers are artisans and product care formulators that work with essential oils by the teaspoon and larger quantities. Orifice reducers are an interference to most of our customers. Retailers sometimes, but not always, sell their essential oils with bottles that contain orifice reducers.
"Your prices are better on just about everything I need (not everything, but most), and I love that there is no minimum order. I also love the resource of being able to e-mail you and ask questions about the best way to use your products. I'd like to expand into offering all natural body care stuff, but sometimes I have questions. I've been telling anybody who could benefit about this site - it's amazing. Just keep up the good work."
