Comments: Now if you are looking for something full of information, yes, this is a 5. There are no picures, if you are someone like me who likes to view something, you won't get that. On the other hand if you want a refrence for the facts, complete descriptions, and tons of recipes you'll need this book. I don't think there is anything it doesn't cover.
